A Message From the Principal Regarding the CPS Budget Cuts

Ron Huberman, Chicago Public Schools CEO, has stated that CPS will have a budget deficit for Fiscal Year 2011 of 1 billion dollars. He has reduced expenditures and will reduce the level of support for some programs. I want to assure the Taft community that the quality and integrity of the Academic Center, International Baccalaureate, Advanced Placement and honors will be maintained at their current levels. ------------- A. Tarvardian, Principal
